Coláiste Chill Chartha (Kilcar) is a new modern Irish language college, located in the safe and beautiful region of Kilcar, County Donegal.
Coláiste Chill Chartha's aim is to instil a love of the Irish Language in its students.
Gaeilge is one of the oldest languages in the world. There are over 6,000 languages spoken in the world and it is expected that only 10% of these will survive by the end of this century. We are depending on our young students to pass on our language to future generations.

Cill Chartha (Kilcar) is situated in South West Donegal between Killybegs and Gleann Cholm Cille. It is an area of outstanding beauty with two beautiful beaches. Facilities also include an Áislann Centre with a large sports hall, computer suite and cinema as well as two football pitches with modern changing rooms.
