Teachers are fully qualified and leaders are all over 18 years old. All are Garda vetted and are also inspected during the course.

Formal classes are held in the morning in a relaxed atmosphere where the emphasis is on communication. In the afternoons students participate in informal activities such as sports, arts and crafts.

Evening activities include céilí, discos, competitions and treasure hunts.

Formal teaching each day 10 am - 1 pm

Music is a big part of the Irish College and we encourage traditional Irish Music and dancing.

Musicians should bring their instruments, accordions and tin whistles are available.

Students staying a distance from the college will be transported free of charge to and from college
